Navigating Therapy and Life coaching

Updated: Mar 1

Therapy and life coaching are different approaches to helping individuals navigate their lives. The difference between a life coach and a therapist is that a therapist typically focus on mental health, emotional healing, past trauma and diagnosing and treating these issues using a evidence-based methods, while life coaches focus on the present and future to help clients set and achieve personal/professional goals through motivation, guidance, and accountability. Life coaches focus on personal development rather than clinical issues. As a life coach I will use various techniques and strategies to empower my clients to reach their full potential and lead more fulfilling lives.
