This Store Policy applies to all products purchased from MC Integrative Wellness, including digital downloads such as guided journals, workbooks, programs, and bundles like The Reset: A 21-Day Guided Journey Back to Yourself.

Digital Products and Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically. After your payment is confirmed, you will receive a download link by email or on the order confirmation page. If you do not receive your link within 24 hours, please check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us at contact@mcintegrativewellness.co.

Please download and save your files promptly. Download links may expire or have a download limit.

All Sales Are Final

Because digital products can be accessed immediately and cannot be returned, all digital product sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been purchased or downloaded.

We are happy to help in these cases:

• Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally bought the same product twice, contact us within 7 days for a refund of the duplicate.

• Damaged or incorrect file: If a file will not open or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days and we will send a working or correct file.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing, and contact us with any questions first.

License and Permitted Use

When you buy a digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal use. You may print copies for yourself.

You may not:

• Share, forward, or give away the files or download links

• Resell, redistribute, or upload the materials anywhere

• Use the materials with clients, groups, or classes

• Claim the content as your own or edit it to create a competing product

For group, professional, or organizational use, contact us about licensing.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices and product availability may change without notice. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor at checkout. Applicable sales tax may be added.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated. Codes cannot be applied to past purchases and have no cash value.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first so we can help. Filing a chargeback for a digital product that was delivered as described may result in loss of access to your products and future purchases.

Physical Products

If we offer physical products in the future, shipping, return, and exchange details will be listed on the product page.

Tabitha Newton is an Integrative Wellness Practitioner, Spiritual Life Coach, and certified wellness coach. Her background includes experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). In her work with MC Integrative Wellness, she serves only in a coaching and educational role, not as a nurse, medical provider, or licensed mental health professional, and does not provide clinical care of any kind.

Spiritual life coaching and spiritual practices offered through MC Integrative Wellness are intended to support reflection, faith, and personal growth. Spiritual insights are offered for your consideration and are not predictions, guarantees, or instructions.
