To empower individuals and families experiencing homelessness through outreach, resource navigation, advocacy, and supportive services that promote dignity, stability, and self-sufficiency.
Hope in Action
In 2025, I relocated to Houston and experienced homelessness firsthand. That journey opened my eyes to the barriers many individuals and families face when seeking housing, healthcare, employment, and supportive services. Roots To Rise was born from that experience—and from a commitment to turn lived experience into action by helping others access resources, rebuild stability, and move toward self-sufficiency.
