These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.mcintegrativewellness.co and all services, sessions, programs, and products offered by MC Integrative Wellness ("we," "us," "our"). By using our website, booking a session, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Store Policy, and Wellness & Spiritual Services Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book services or make purchases.

Our Services

MC Integrative Wellness offers integrative wellness coaching, spiritual life coaching, wellness education, and digital products. Our services are educational and supportive in nature. They are not medical care, mental health treatment, therapy, counseling, or legal or financial advice. Please read our Wellness & Spiritual Services Disclaimer for full details.

Your Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information on booking and intake forms

  • Continue any care with your licensed healthcare providers and consult them before making changes to medications, diet, exercise, or treatment

  • Take full responsibility for your choices, actions, and results during and after our work together

  • Treat sessions, community spaces, and communications with respect

Booking and Payment

Sessions and programs must be paid in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan is agreed to in writing. Prices are listed on our website and may change at any time; changes do not affect sessions you have already paid for.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Missed Sessions

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Late cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable. The session may be rescheduled one time at our discretion.

  • No-shows: If you do not attend and do not contact us, the session is forfeited and non-refundable.

  • Late arrivals: Sessions end at their scheduled time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session may be treated as a no-show.

  • Our cancellations: If we need to cancel, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund for that session.

Coaching Packages and Programs

Packages and multi-session programs are non-refundable once the first session has taken place. Package sessions must be used within the time frame stated at purchase. Unused sessions expire after that date and are not refundable or transferable.

Virtual Sessions

For virtual sessions, you are responsible for a stable internet connection and a private, quiet space. If a session is interrupted by a technical issue on our end, we will reschedule the remaining time.

Confidentiality

We keep what you share in sessions confidential. We may disclose information only when required by law, or when we believe there is a risk of serious harm to you or someone else. Please do not record sessions without our written permission.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our programs and products, including text, graphics, logos, journals, worksheets, videos, audio, and course materials, belongs to MC Integrative Wellness and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, share, resell, or distribute our content without written permission. Purchases give you a personal, non-transferable license as described in our Store Policy.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, uploading harmful code, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
