Your Journey, Your Success
Updated: 3 days ago

To become a life coach, you don’t necessarily have to have a degree or certification; life experience can teach us a lot. In Matthew 22:14, the Bible says that “many are called, but few are chosen.” I’ve often felt that way about the path I’m on.
Having life experiences alone wasn’t enough for me. I wanted to gain the knowledge, training, and tools to better support others, so I continued learning. I began my journey with Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, where I became an Integrative Healing Arts Practitioner. My learning didn’t stop there. I continued expanding my knowledge through wellness, personal growth, community health, peer support, human services, and mind-body practices.
This journey is not just a career path for me; it is a commitment to helping people move from where they are to where they want to be. Through a supportive and collaborative approach, I help individuals gain clarity, recognize patterns, strengthen self-awareness, set meaningful goals, and take realistic steps toward personal growth.
What makes my approach different is that I look at the whole person. Through MC Integrative Wellness, I focus on the connection between mind, body, emotions, faith, purpose, and personal growth. I understand that sometimes people do not need someone telling them what to do — they need a supportive space to slow down, reflect, feel heard, and begin making sense of what they are experiencing.
I believe meaningful change begins with self-awareness, honesty, supportive tools, and intentional action. Through active listening, encouragement, reflection, wellness education, and integrative coaching, my goal is to help people build greater clarity, confidence, balance, self-trust, and connection to their purpose.
Choosing to work with me means choosing a space where you can show up as you are. I do not expect perfection, and I am not here to judge your journey. I am here to support you as you explore where you are, where you want to go, and what steps may help you move forward.
My journey continues to grow as I grow, and MC Integrative Wellness continues to evolve with it.
