IWC – Transformation Workbook
An 8-Week Integrative Wellness Coaching Journey for Lasting Change

When you’re ready for change, it can be difficult to know where to begin. Your habits, emotions, responsibilities, relationships, and beliefs all influence one another—and trying to work on everything at once can leave you feeling overwhelmed before you start.

The IWC – Transformation Workbook gives you a structured way to slow down, understand your patterns, and turn your reflections into practical next steps.

Created by Tabitha Newton, Certified Wellness Coach and founder of MC Integrative Wellness, this 43-page workbook guides you through eight weeks of whole-person reflection. You’ll explore your current well-being, examine beliefs that limit your choices, practice healthier boundaries, reconnect with your strengths, and create a plan for continuing your growth.

Your eight-week journey

Week 1: Wellness Assessment & Vision

Begin with a Wellness Wheel Check-In, rating nine areas of your life: body, mind, emotions, spirit, relationships, work and purpose, rest, finances and stability, and joy.

Identify your strongest area and the one asking for more care. Then describe how you want to feel, what a day of well-being could look like, and what you’re ready to release or welcome into your life. These pages give you a starting point you can return to at the end.

Week 2: Emotional Wellness & Self-Awareness

Pause for a guided body check-in and reflect on where you notice tension, what you’re feeling, and what you may have been keeping to yourself.

This section introduces mind-body reflection and the chakra system as a spiritual framework for personal exploration. Questions invite you to consider stress, unspoken feelings, and whether caring for others has left little room for yourself. Chakra references are reflective tools, not medical assessments.

Week 3: Mindset & Limiting Beliefs

Use “Rewrite the Story” to identify an old belief, explore where it came from, and choose a new perspective to practice.

The Thought Catcher worksheet helps you separate a situation from your automatic response, consider what you would tell a friend, and write a more balanced thought. Weekly reflections encourage you to question familiar messages about yourself and imagine the choices available beyond them.

Week 4: Self-Care & Healthy Habits

Explore gentle movement suggestions, basic nourishment reminders, and space to design morning, midday, and evening routines.

Choose three habits to practice and use two weekly tracker pages to record water, movement, sleep, energy, mood, and self-care. Reflection questions help you examine guilt around rest, notice neglected needs, and understand which habits feel manageable.

Week 5: Confidence & Personal Empowerment

Complete a Strengths Inventory that recognizes your abilities, challenges you’ve overcome, and compliments you’ve struggled to accept.

The “Speaking My Truth” worksheet gives you space to put words to something you’ve been quiet about and identify one place to practice using your voice. You’ll reflect on self-trust and the decisions you might make with greater confidence.

Week 6: Boundaries & Life Balance

Use “What I’m Carrying” to separate your responsibilities from burdens you’ve taken on for others.

The Boundary Builder helps you identify a draining situation, decide what limit you need, prepare how to communicate it, and plan how to support yourself through discomfort. A Balance Check invites you to review the time you give to work, family, rest, fun, faith, and yourself.

Week 7: Purpose, Growth & Alignment

Choose your five core values and describe what they look like in daily life. Then set goals for your body, mind, spirit, relationships, and purpose, with a first step and time frame for each.

Faith-based reflection questions invite you to consider meaning, grace, spiritual direction, and what this season of life is asking you to notice.

Week 8: Integration, Sustainability & Next Steps

Return to your original wellness ratings and compare where you are now with where you began.

Create a Sustainability Plan that identifies three habits to keep, tools to use when you feel off balance, early signs that you need support, and people you can reach out to. Finish with a letter to your future self and reflections on your discoveries and next steps.

Make room for meaningful progress

Designed as a coaching companion, this workbook recommends 20–30 minutes of reflection at least three times a week. Bring your observations and questions into your sessions, and return to the worksheets when you need to reassess your priorities.

Includes eight weekly sections, practical worksheets, weekly reflections, two wellness tracker pages, two notes pages, faith-based prompts, and a closing Bible verse.

Start with an honest picture of where you are. Build toward choices that reflect how you want to live.
