The Reset Workbook
A 21-Day Guided Journey Back to Yourself
Release · Realign · RiseYou’ve been keeping up with life. Give yourself time to reconnect with what you need from it.
Maybe you feel stretched thin, weighed down by expectations, or caught in routines that leave little room for yourself. You know you need a pause, but “starting over” sounds like one more overwhelming task.
The Reset offers a manageable place to begin.
This printed, coil-bound workbook from MC Integrative Wellness guides you through 21 days of thoughtful reflection, organized into three phases: acknowledging what you’re carrying, reconnecting with your priorities, and choosing sustainable steps forward.
Each day includes a short introduction, two focused writing prompts, and space to explore your answers. You have a clear starting point whenever you sit down to write.
Days 1–7: Release
Begin by naming what has been sitting heavily on your mind. Explore the thoughts, expectations, and unspoken feelings that deserve your attention.
During this first week, you’ll reflect on:
What you’ve been carrying without saying it aloud.
Where you notice tension and what your body may need.
Beliefs that make rest feel difficult or undeserved.
Old stories about who you are and what you deserve.
The pressure of “I should.”
Losses, changed plans, or past seasons you haven’t acknowledged.
Day seven offers a gentle pause to consider what you’ve noticed and what you’re ready to set down.
Days 8–14: Realign
Turn your attention toward what matters to you now. Identify three personal values and consider how closely your daily choices reflect them.
Explore where you need a clearer boundary, a recent commitment you wish you’d declined, and what saying no could look like without over-explaining. Reflect on your daily rhythm, the difference between nourishing yourself and adding another obligation, and the person you feel yourself becoming.
The second weekly reflection helps you compare your experience with day one and choose what you want to carry into the final phase.
Days 15–21: Rise
Use what you’ve learned to consider your next steps. Choose a small habit worth practicing, identify something you want to protect time for, and explore where asking for support could help.
Prompts invite you to recognize progress, define a personal non-negotiable, and consider what protecting it would require. The final days give you room to look back, acknowledge what you’re proud of, and set an intention for what comes next.
Pause and notice your progress
At the end of each phase, a weekly check-in provides space to record your overall mood, name a habit you maintained, and identify something to carry forward.
Follow the suggested daily rhythm or spend longer with a question that needs more attention. The undated format lets you begin whenever you’re ready and return after a break.
This workbook is for you if you want a guided writing practice focused on rest, boundaries, values, and a more intentional daily life.
Keep it beside your bed, bring it to your quiet morning space, or make it part of an evening pause. Your finished workbook becomes a personal record of what you noticed, questioned, and chose during these three weeks.
Give yourself a few quiet minutes. Begin with what you’ve been carrying, and take the next page from there.
